Do customers get reminder texts?

Every plan includes email confirmations. Lite is email only — no appointment texts. Starter includes 60 appointment texts per month, and Pro includes 500. Complete your texting setup and carrier approval to start sending SMS confirmations and reminders.

Can customers reschedule online?

Yes. Every booking confirmation email includes a manage link. Customers can cancel or reschedule online up to the cutoff window you set — no phone call required.

Do I need special hardware?

No. BookerFlow runs in the browser and works well from a phone, tablet, laptop, or front-desk computer.

Can I add staff later?

Yes. Lite includes 3 staff members. Starter supports up to 3 staff members total, and Pro supports up to 15 with 3 included.
